Sponsorship Opportunities
Social Functions
- The SFB "Bash," a highlight of the Annual Meeting, provides members and attendees with the chance to relax and enjoy some palate-pleasing cuisine while catching up with friends and colleagues.
- The opening reception will immediately follow the keynote address, and will provide attendees with a great networking opportunity.
- The student luncheon is an opportunity for young researchers to network with each other and to discuss the business of the SFB National Student Chapters.
- Coffee and refreshment breaks will be scheduled throughout the meeting, in the Exhibition Hall. There are several opportunities to sponsor these welcome breaks in the program schedule.
Internet Cafe
Sponsorship of the Internet Cafe provides registrants with computer stations to send and receive e-mails without leaving the meeting facilities. Registrants can also use this service to download selected abstracts while on-site. The sponsor's company name and logo will appear on each screen and the company's web site will be linked to the browser's launch page.
Registration Materials
- Convention tote bags are durable bags that will be distributed to all meeting registrants on-site and will serve as a convenient carry-all during and long after the meeting. Bags will include the meeting logo and sponsor company name and logo. Sponsors will be responsible for production and shipping costs.
- There are also opportunities to sponsor a meeting pen, notepad, badge holder, and lanyards.
